4D/3N BALI TOUR

Day 01 - Jakarta-Bali

Participants are expected to gather at SOEKARNO HATTA AIRPORT, 2 hours before departure time to jointly start the journey to DENPASAR, BALI. Upon arrival at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, you will be picked up by the local guide. Transfer to local restaurant for lunch. After lunch, you will visit Pantai Pandawa, Melasti dan Uluwatu. Dinner at local restaurant. Then, transfer to hotel for check in and rest. (- - / L / D)

DAY 02 - BALI

After breakfast, you will visit Desa Wisata Penglipuran one of the most traditional villages for its uniqueness and beauty, Kintamani. Lunch at local restaurant. Next, visit Tegallang which is famous for the beauty of rice fields and interesting spots for photos/instagramable. Also you will visit Ubud City too see Puri Ubud and Pasar Seni Ubud. (B / L / D)

DAY 03 - BALI

Today on your city tour, you will visit Bloom Garden, a park which has interesting and Instagramable photo spots, Ulun Danu Bedugul is to be built on the shores of lake beratan very beautiful. Photo in Bali Handara Gate, Tanah Lot is famous for its beauty, to see this view it would be better if you see it at sunset and the weather is clear. Then have Dinner at local Restautant. Go back to the hotel to rest. (B / L / D)

DAY 04 - BALI - JAKARTA

After breakfast dan check out hotel, you will be invited to shop for souvenirs. until the time specified you will be escorted to the airport for the flight back to Jakarta. Thank you for your participation and see you on the next tour. (B / - - / - -)

Terms and Conditions

1. IDR 4,000,000 Down Payment is non-refundable per participant.
2. Not valid for any Others MICE Events.
3. International Airport Tax, Fuel Surcharge may change at any time, and will beadjusted to participants before departure.
4. Travel events may be changed / rotated based on the conditions of each flight and hotel in each city / country. If during the tour period in the cities visited there are ongoing exhibitions / conferences, or the hotel being offered is full, it will be replaced with other equivalent hotels in the nearest town.
5. In the event of a Force Majeur (conditions beyond the control such as loss, damage, disturbance, delay in transport / transportation, natural disaster etc.) which may affect the tour event will be changed and non-refundable. And Tour Fees do not include any additional expenses caused by Force Majeur.
6. The resignation / transfer date / move of the tour before the departure / cancellation from the departure date will be subject to cancellation fee as follows:
   1. after Deposit: Down Payment (non-refundable)
  2. 30 - 15 calendar days before departure date: 75% of tour fee
  3. 14 calendar days before departure date: 100 % of tour fee
7. By paying the registration fee of the Tour Fee accompanied by a letter of appointment, you are deemed to have understood and accepted the above terms & conditions. Terms & Conditions The full tour applies as stated in the tour program.
8. As Sars- Cov 19 / Corona Virus still in Post Pandemic any fees effect to Individual Health test will be borne by each participants. Any of participants have to Follow the Rules of Minister of Health of each Country, Participant subject to be Quarantine or second test, and if the test is Positive Participants need to follow all the rules. Any Cause of Rerouting tickets or others accomodation will be borne by each participants / Insurance ( if the insurance are cover ).
9. Any Cases of detected Covid -19 all land tour and airlines tickets are non refundable.
10. Due to Coronavirus, the availability of all attractions and restaurants is subject to change, depending on the official restrictions in place. All elements of the itinerary have been included on the basis that they will be open. Unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed at this time.
11.We are not responsible for passengers' failure to comply with local legislations related to COVID-19 in regards to arrival or departure in the destination (for example: negative COVID tests requested either on departure or arrival).
12. In the circumstances where any passengers contract COVID-19 during the tour, local regulations will apply, and we assume that, similar to any medical emergencies on the road, the Tour Leader will be responsible for managing following steps with the customers.
13. While in the destination it’s the Tour Leader’s duty to ensure passengers are fully informed and are complying with all COVID-19 regulations locally (for example: social distancing, face mask wearing, etc),
14. All timings are subject to local traffic conditions.
15. Where triple rooms are required and hotels are unable to provide a triple room or an extra bed in a twin room, a twin and a single will be provided and you will need to cover any additional costs incur



4D/3N LABUAN BAJO TOUR

HIGHLIGHT: PULAU KELOR, PULAU RINCA, PINK BEACH, PULAU PADAR

Day 01 - Jakarta-Labuan Bajo BY QG632 CGK LBJ 0940 1255

Participants are expected to gather at SOEKARNO HATTA AIRPORT, 2 hours before departure time to jointly start the journey to LABUAN BAJO. Upon arrival at Labuan Bajo Airport, you will be picked up by the local guide .transfer to local restaurant for lunch ,and stop for photo spot at Sylvia Hill and Puncak Waringin which has been Inaugurated by Presiden Joko Widodo then head to Loccal Collection Hotel for Foto Spot and Sunset View and having dinner (L/D)

DAY 02 : LABUAN BAJO-PULAU RINCA-PULAU KALONG (by Phinisi)

Depart Phinisi to KELOR, and taking Pictures. In the Kelor Island you can swimming or trekking to see the view from the hills of the island of Kelor Trekking to see the view from the hills of the island of Kelor Lunch & Depart to PULAU RINCA AND to Kalong Island to have sunset view Dinner at Restaurant Relax , and Chill out at Phinisi (B/L/D)

DAY 03 : PULAU PADAR - PINK BEACH-TAKA MAKASAR- LABUAN BAJO

At 0430 you will start trekking to Padar Island to see a sunrise from top of Padar Island, and back to Phinisi to have a breakfast and continue the trip visit Pink Beach to have a photo spot or you can chill and enjoy the Beach and also you will visit Taka Makasar. Start Sailing to Labuan Bajo, check in hotel and have dinner.(B/L/D)

DAY 04: LABUAN BAJO - JAKARTA BY QG633 LBJCGK 1350 1455

After breakfast, you will be picked up and escorted to souvenir shop for typical Komodo souvenirs,and transfer to airport to check in .(B)
